5. Budget for Sampling

A custom sample typically takes 7–14 days to produce plus courier time. Expect to pay for the sample and shipping (often credited against your production order). Never skip the physical sample — approving a digital mockup alone is how bad surprises happen.

6. Calculate Landed Cost, Not Unit Price

Your real cost per ball is: ex-factory price + inland transport + ocean or air freight + insurance + import duty + port and brokerage fees, divided by your quantity.
