World-Class Uniforms & Tactical Wear from Sialkot

What We Manufacture

  • Police & security uniforms — duty shirts, tactical pants, patrol jackets, high-visibility vests
  • Military-style clothing — BDU/ACU-pattern uniforms, combat shirts, and field jackets for civilian, ceremonial, and international markets
  • Fire & EMS station wear — station shirts, job shirts, EMS pants with reinforced knees and cargo layouts
  • Duty & tactical gear — belts, MOLLE-compatible pouches, gear carriers and vests (non-ballistic), range bags, caps
  • Medical scrubs & lab coats — antimicrobial fabric options, custom embroidery, hospital sets
  • Industrial workwear — coveralls, hi-vis apparel, work trousers and jackets
  • School & institutional uniforms — blazers, trousers, skirts, sports kits

An Honest Note on Scope

Two things we do not supply, so there is no confusion: we do not manufacture ballistic or armor-rated items (our vests and carriers are load-bearing gear only, without ballistic panels), and goods manufactured in Pakistan are not Berry Amendment compliant, so they cannot be used for US Department of Defense contracts that require domestic textiles. Our uniforms serve private security companies, uniform distributors and retailers, departments purchasing off-contract, schools, hospitals, and industrial buyers — which is exactly where imported uniforms are commonly used.

Fabrics & Construction

Uniform programs are built around the fabric spec: ripstop poly-cotton for tactical apparel, twill and drill weaves for classic duty uniforms, CVC blends for comfort-focused programs, and antimicrobial finishes for scrubs. Construction details that matter in duty wear — bartacked stress points, reinforced seat and knees, gusseted crotches, heavy-duty zippers and snaps, double-needle stitching — are specified in the tech pack and verified at inspection.

Customization

  • Embroidered badges, name tapes, and department insignia
  • Woven and printed patches, hook-and-loop panels
  • Custom camouflage patterns and solid colorways with Pantone matching
  • US sizing runs from XS to 5XL, including tall and short fits
  • Private-label programs — your brand label, packaging, and barcoding

We can work from your tech pack, from a physical sample you send us, or develop the spec with you from reference photos.

Who This Is For

US and international uniform distributors, private security firms, EMS and fire departments buying off-contract, facility-services companies, hospitals and clinics, schools, and brands adding a tactical or workwear line. If you currently buy from domestic distributors at retail-plus pricing, manufacturer-direct sourcing typically changes your unit economics substantially at volumes of a few hundred pieces per style.

Quality Control

Every order is inspected at our own Sialkot facility against your approved sample: measurements against the size spec, fabric weight verification, stitch density, hardware function, colorfastness, and packing accuracy — with AQL 2.5 statistical sampling before shipment and a full photographic report for your sign-off.

For US Buyers

Orders are contracted and paid in USD through our Dallas office, with support on Central Time hours. We prepare all export documentation and coordinate freight to your warehouse — sea for programs, air for urgent fills. Duty rates on apparel vary by HTS classification; we provide the classification details your customs broker needs before goods ship.

How Ordering Works

Frequently Asked Questions

Most uniform styles start around 50 sets per style, with size-run flexibility inside that quantity. Tactical gear items (belts, pouches, carriers) typically start at 100 pieces. Multi-style programs can often combine quantities — tell us the full program and we will structure the MOQ around it.
No — honestly, we can't. US Department of Defense clothing contracts require Berry Amendment compliant (US-made) textiles, and our production is in Pakistan. Where we do fit: private security companies, uniform distributors, off-contract department purchases, schools, hospitals, and international government buyers without domestic-textile requirements.
No. We manufacture load-bearing vests, plate-carrier-style gear, and pouches without any ballistic protection. We do not produce or supply ballistic panels or armor-rated items of any kind.
Embroidered insignia and name tapes, woven or printed patches, hook-and-loop panels, heat-transfer prints, and full private-label programs with your brand labels, hang tags, polybags, and barcodes. Embroidery digitization is handled in-house from your artwork.
Yes. We produce to US size charts from XS to 5XL, and we recommend a size-set sample (one garment per size) before full production so your team can verify the fit — this is included in the standard sampling stage.
Yes — send us one physical sample and we will reverse-engineer the spec: fabric weight and composition, measurements, construction details, and hardware. You approve a counter-sample before any production starts.
Apparel duty rates vary by garment type and fabric composition under the US Harmonized Tariff Schedule, so there is no single number. We provide the HTS classification details and documentation your customs broker needs to calculate landed cost before you commit — and our US import guide on the blog walks through the process.
Your approved pre-production sample becomes the QC reference. Our inspectors verify measurements per size, fabric weight, stitching, hardware, and packing at AQL 2.5 sampling before shipment, and you receive a photographic inspection report to sign off. The factory is paid only after the order passes.
